No. Our AI training and automation work is designed for non-technical teams (operations leads, founders, finance, and support), and we handle the technical setup. If you do have engineers, we work alongside them using your conventions and review process.

A subscription gives your team a blank text box. This gives them specific, tested tools for the jobs your company does, built around your terminology, formats, and approval steps, available to everyone, and kept working as the underlying models change. You still need the subscription: it is the prerequisite.
Frustration is an escalation trigger we configure explicitly, alongside topic-based and confidence-based ones. The conversation moves to a human with the full transcript and a short summary attached, and the customer is told that is happening. Nobody should have to fight a bot to reach a person.
You do, from the first commit. We work in your GitHub organisation rather than delivering a handover at the end, so there is never a moment where your product exists only on our machines. That includes infrastructure configuration and deployment pipelines.
