A centralised skill library
Skills installed once and available to every AI user in your organisation, so the finance team and the sales team are working from the same tools rather than reinventing them.
The same automations we teach in training, only built, rolled out, and kept working by us. Your team gets a shared skill library that behaves consistently for everyone, with no internal setup burden.

This is the most common pattern we see. Somebody on the team gets genuinely good with AI, builds a set of prompts and workflows that save them hours, and that is where it stops. Their colleagues are still doing it the slow way, because the good version lives in one person's chat history and nobody else knows it exists.
The fix is treating AI capability as shared infrastructure rather than personal preference. A skill written once should be available to everyone, behave the same way for everyone, and keep working when the underlying tools change, which they do, constantly.
That is what this service is. We build the skills, deploy them company-wide, and own their maintenance. Your team gets the capability; nobody internally inherits a second job.

Structured skills for the coordination work that quietly consumes managers: status roll-ups, meeting notes turned into tracked actions, sprint and backlog hygiene, and progress summaries written for the audience that needs them.
Each skill encodes how your company actually does the thing: your terminology, your approval steps, your formats, which is the difference between something people use and something they ignore.
AI tooling shifts monthly. When a model updates or an integration breaks, fixing it is our problem. You find out because we tell you, not because something stopped working.
A quarterly review of what is being used, what is being ignored, and what should be retired. Skills nobody uses get removed rather than accumulating.
Listed explicitly so there is no argument later about what was in scope.
We would rather lose the enquiry than take on work we are the wrong people for.
Larger engagements vary enough that a headline number would mislead, so those are quoted after a free call. We always tell you what drives the number.

A subscription gives your team a blank text box. This gives them specific, tested tools for the jobs your company actually does, built around your terminology, formats, and approval steps, available to everyone, and kept working as the underlying models change. The subscription is a prerequisite, not a substitute.
You keep them. The skills and their documentation live in your workspace and remain yours to use and modify. There is no licence that expires and nothing gets switched off. What ends is our maintenance of them. We will also do a handover session so an internal owner knows how they are put together.
Yes, and it is one of the most requested parts of this service. Typical builds include turning meeting notes into tracked action items with owners, generating status roll-ups from your existing tools, keeping backlogs tidy, and writing progress summaries pitched differently for engineers and for executives.
Deployment typically runs three to four weeks: about a week of discovery, two weeks building and testing, then rollout. Teams usually see the first working skills in week two rather than waiting until the end.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. We will tell you what we would do, what it would take, and whether you need us at all.
