AI & Automation

An AI agent that knows your business and never sleeps.

Booking, support, qualification, and follow-up, handled on the channels your customers already use. Trained on your knowledge, honest about what it doesn't know, and built to hand over to a human at exactly the right moment.

A messaging thread open on a phone next to a laptop

Your fastest competitor answers in ten seconds. You answer tomorrow morning.

Enquiries do not arrive during office hours. They arrive on a Saturday evening, on WhatsApp, from someone comparing three suppliers at once. The one who replies first usually wins, and a reply on Monday is often a reply to nobody.

Hiring for coverage is expensive and hard to justify for load that is spiky and mostly repetitive. Meanwhile the same twenty questions get asked every week: what does it cost, do you cover my area, can I move my appointment, is it in stock.

An AI agent handles that band of work well and, done properly, knows the edge of its own competence. The agents we build answer what they can, book what they can, and hand a real person a clean summary the moment a conversation needs judgement. A confidently wrong bot damages trust faster than slow replies ever did.

How we build agents

Trained on your material, not the open internet

The agent answers from your documents, pricing, policies, and past conversations. Where it has no grounding, it says so and offers a human rather than improvising.

Escalation designed first, not bolted on

We define the handover rules before writing a single reply: what triggers a human, what context that human receives, and what the customer is told while they wait.

Real actions, not just answers

Agents check availability, book and move appointments, look up an order, capture a qualified lead, and write it into the systems you already use.

A tone that sounds like your business

We tune voice against real examples of your team's writing. The goal is an agent your regulars do not find jarring.

Transcripts you can inspect

Every conversation is logged and searchable, so you can see what customers actually ask. Most clients find this more valuable than the automation itself.

Channels we deploy on

Same agent, same knowledge, adapted to how people actually behave on each surface.

WhatsApp

Via the official WhatsApp Business API. Best for booking, reminders, and customer service in markets where WhatsApp is the default channel.

Slack

Internal agents that answer staff questions, look up records, and file requests without anyone leaving the workspace.

Discord

Community support and onboarding, answering repeat questions and triaging issues to moderators.

Your site or app

An embedded assistant on your own product, with full control of appearance and behaviour.

What people use them for

Booking and scheduling

Checks live availability, books, reschedules, and sends reminders, cutting no-shows without anyone chasing.

Customer support

Answers the recurring questions from your own documentation, and escalates with full context when it cannot.

Lead qualification

Asks the qualifying questions, captures the answers into your CRM, and flags the leads worth calling today.

Property and listings

Publishes and updates listings, answers detail questions, and books viewings, a long-running strength of ours in real estate.

Everything handed over.

Listed explicitly so there is no argument later about what was in scope.

  • Deployed agent on each channel in scope
  • Knowledge base assembled from your existing material
  • Documented escalation rules and human-handover flow
  • Integrations with your calendar, CRM, or order system
  • Conversation dashboard with searchable transcripts
  • Tuning pass after the first two weeks of real traffic
Honest scope

Is this right for you?

We would rather lose the enquiry than take on work we are the wrong people for.

A good fit if…

  • You get repetitive enquiries outside working hours
  • Booking, scheduling, or order status is a meaningful share of your inbound
  • Your customers already message you on WhatsApp, Slack, or Discord
  • You have written material (FAQs, policies, past replies) to ground the agent in

Not for…

  • Businesses whose enquiries are nearly all complex and bespoke; you would be paying to route almost everything to a human anyway
  • Anyone wanting an agent to give medical, legal, or financial advice. We will not build that
  • Companies with no written knowledge to train on, unless they are willing to create it first
  • Teams hoping to remove human support entirely. The good version of this makes your people available for the conversations that matter
Ways to start

Pick an entry point.

Larger engagements vary enough that a headline number would mislead, so those are quoted after a free call. We always tell you what drives the number.

Questions, answered.

Will the agent make things up?

It is grounded in your material and instructed to say when it does not know, then offer a human, and we test that behaviour deliberately before launch by asking it things you have no documentation for. No system is perfect, which is exactly why escalation rules and reviewable transcripts are part of every build rather than an upsell.

Can it actually book appointments, or only answer questions?

It books. Agents connect to your calendar or booking system to check live availability, create and move appointments, and send reminders. The same applies to looking up an order or writing a qualified lead into your CRM, taking the action is usually the entire point.

What does WhatsApp cost to run?

WhatsApp Business API pricing is set by Meta and billed per conversation, separately from our fee. It varies by country and message type. We will size it against your actual volumes during scoping so there are no surprises. For most small businesses it is a modest monthly amount.

What happens when a customer gets frustrated?

Frustration is an escalation trigger we configure explicitly, alongside topic-based and confidence-based ones. The conversation moves to a human with the full transcript and a short summary attached, and the customer is told that is happening. Nobody should have to fight a bot to reach a person.
