The Four-Week Proof

Every engagement starts by proving the value is real before you commit to the full build.

We are a young company, so we do not ask you to take our word for anything. Every engagement is built so you can test us cheaply first, and leave at any point with everything we made.

Four steps, in this order, every time.

The order matters more than the names. Nobody builds anything until you have seen a plan and a price in writing.

Week 1

Audit

We find where the time is actually going.

We interview the people doing the work and map the workflow as it really runs, rather than as the process document claims. Most of what we find is unglamorous, a report rebuilt by hand every Monday or a status nobody updates, and that is exactly where the recoverable hours live.

Week 2

Blueprint

You get a plan and a price before anyone builds anything.

We turn the audit into a costed recommendation: what to do first, what to leave alone, what it costs, and what it should return. This includes telling you when the honest answer is to do nothing, a recommendation we have made before and will make again.

Weeks 3+

Build

You see working software every week, not status reports.

We work in short cycles, each ending with something you can actually use. Nothing is revealed at the end. If the direction is wrong, you find out in week three when changing course is cheap, rather than at handover when it is not.

Final week

Hand off

You could stop working with us and lose nothing.

Code in your repository, accounts in your name, documentation written for whoever comes next, and a recorded handover session. Being genuinely replaceable is the point. A client who stays because leaving would be painful is not a client relationship we want.

You getSource code, documentation, accounts, and a recorded handover

How we de-risk it

You find out whether this is worth doing before you pay for it.

The first call costs nothing

A 30-minute call to work out what you actually need, including when the answer is a smaller job than you came for, or nothing at all. No pitch deck, no obligation.

The AI audit is free

We spend about a week looking at how your team really works and come back with a ranked list of what would pay off, scored by hours saved against effort. You keep the list whether or not you hire us.

Free, honest recommendations

You get our actual opinion on what to do, which regularly includes telling you not to spend money, on us or on AI. We would rather lose a project than sell you one you did not need.

A fixed price before we start

You get a real figure after the first call, agreed in writing before any work begins, and it does not move. Anything outside that scope gets quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly, or discovered by you at invoicing.

You own everything

Code in your repository from the first commit, accounts in your name, and documentation written so someone else could take over. No lock-in by design.

Fixed-price engagements are fixed for the scope agreed in writing before work starts. Larger engagements are quoted after the free call, because scope varies enough that a headline number would mislead more than it helps. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

No numbers here on purpose.

We have not been going long enough to quote meaningful statistics, and we would rather not invent any. These are the things you can hold us to instead.

Full transparency

You will always know what we are doing, what it costs, and what is going wrong. Bad news travels faster than good news here. You hear about a slip when we spot it, not at the deadline.

Total commitment

We take on a small number of clients at a time so yours is never the project someone squeezes in. If we cannot give a job proper attention, we say so instead of accepting it.

You own everything

Code in your repository, accounts in your name, documentation written for whoever comes next. Being genuinely replaceable is the point. We would rather you stay because the work is good.

Honest recommendations

We will tell you when you do not need what you asked for, when a cheaper option is the right one, and when AI is a distraction from a simpler fix. That advice is free.
