We spend about a week looking at how your team really works and come back with a ranked list of what would pay off, scored by hours saved against effort. You keep the list whether or not you hire us.

Fixed-price engagements are fixed for the scope agreed in writing before work starts. Larger engagements are quoted after the free call, because scope varies enough that a headline number would mislead more than it helps. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
We have been going too short a time to quote statistics that mean anything, and we would rather not invent any. These are the things you can hold us to.
You will always know what we are building, why, and what it costs. If something slips, you hear about it the day we spot it, well before the deadline.
We take on a few clients at a time so your project gets the attention it needs. If we cannot give it that, we tell you before accepting it.
The code is stored in your repository, the accounts are in your name, and the documentation is written for whoever comes next. You can change providers whenever you like. We would rather you stay because the work is good.
We tell you when you can do without what you asked for, when the cheaper option is the right one, and when something simpler than AI solves the problem. If someone else can do it better, we tell you that too. That advice is free.
