Two halves, one team

Automate the work. Build the product.

Nine services across AI automation and software development. Most clients only ever need one, and because we do both we can tell you honestly which.

The tools we build with

We pick boring, well-supported technology on purpose. The point at which that choice matters most is the day you hire someone else to work on it.

You find out whether this is worth doing before you pay for it.

The first call costs nothing

A 30-minute call to work out what you actually need, including when the answer is a smaller job than you came for, or nothing at all. No pitch deck, no obligation.

The AI audit is free

We spend about a week looking at how your team really works and come back with a ranked list of what would pay off, scored by hours saved against effort. You keep the list whether or not you hire us.

Free, honest recommendations

You get our actual opinion on what to do, which regularly includes telling you not to spend money, on us or on AI. We would rather lose a project than sell you one you did not need.

A fixed price before we start

You get a real figure after the first call, agreed in writing before any work begins, and it does not move. Anything outside that scope gets quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly, or discovered by you at invoicing.

You own everything

Code in your repository from the first commit, accounts in your name, and documentation written so someone else could take over. No lock-in by design.

Fixed-price engagements are fixed for the scope agreed in writing before work starts. Larger engagements are quoted after the free call, because scope varies enough that a headline number would mislead more than it helps. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Questions, answered.

What does Next Bot Solutions actually do?

We are an AI and software development agency working in two halves. On the AI side we train teams, build workflow automations with n8n, deploy company-wide AI skills, and build AI agents for WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, and custom apps. On the software side we design and build web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and fixed-price MVPs. Plenty of clients only ever need one half.

How much do your services cost?

Everything is quoted after a free consultation. We do not publish figures because the honest range on this kind of work is wide. A single-page website and a multi-platform application are both 'a build', and any headline number would anchor most readers to the wrong one. What we do commit to is a straight answer fast: tell us roughly what you need on the first call and you will get a real figure, not a discovery process designed to delay it. Every service page also lists what drives its price, so you can size your own job before you speak to us.

How does an engagement start?

With a free 30-minute call, and for AI work a free audit after it. The audit takes about a week: we look at how your team actually works and come back with a ranked list of opportunities scored by hours saved against effort. There is no cost and no obligation, and the list is yours whether or not you hire us.

Is the free AI audit really free?

Yes. No cost, no obligation, and no requirement to buy anything afterwards. You get a written, ranked list of where AI would pay off in your business, including the places it would not. Some companies have taken that list and done the work themselves, which is a perfectly good outcome as far as we are concerned.

Do we own what you build?

Yes, entirely. Code goes into your Git organisation from the first commit rather than being delivered at the end, hosting and third-party accounts are created in your name, and every project ships with documentation and a recorded handover. If you stopped working with us tomorrow, nothing would switch off.

Do I need technical staff to work with you?

No. Our AI training and automation work is designed for non-technical teams (operations leads, founders, finance, and support), and we handle the technical setup. If you do have engineers, we work alongside them using your conventions and review process rather than importing our own.

How new is the company?

Next Bot Solutions is young, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. You will not find client logos we have not earned or testimonials we have not collected anywhere on this site. What we offer instead is the chance to test us cheaply before committing: a free call, a free audit, honest advice you can act on without us, and small fixed-price starting points. Judge the audit, then decide.

Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes. Engagements run remotely by default, with workshops and training delivered over video and recorded so people who miss a session can catch up. Discovery and training work well this way; we simply schedule around your team's working hours.

Can you work alongside our existing development team?

Yes, and it is common. We can take a defined workstream in parallel with your team, cover a specialism you lack, or lead architecture while your engineers build. We adopt your conventions, branching model, and review process rather than asking you to adopt ours.
