No. Our AI training and automation work is designed for non-technical teams (operations leads, founders, finance, and support), and we handle the technical setup. If you do have engineers, we work alongside them using your conventions and review process.

Yes. Projects run remotely unless we agree otherwise. Workshops and training happen over video and are recorded so people who miss a session can catch up. Discovery and training work well this way, and we schedule around your team's working hours.
Yes, and it is common. We can take a defined workstream in parallel with your team, cover a specialism you lack, or lead architecture while your engineers build. We adopt your conventions, branching model, and review process.
