Built for phones first
Most visitors arrive on a phone. The site is designed for that screen and then adapted upward, rather than the other way round.
Not a page builder you have to learn on a weekend, and not a six-figure engagement. A fast, mobile-first site that makes your business look credible and gets found, built for you, live in about a week.

Small businesses get offered either a DIY site builder (a subscription plus a weekend you do not have, ending in something that looks like a template because it is one), or an agency quoting five figures for a brochure site. Neither fits a business that just needs to look credible and be findable.
So the site never happens, and the business runs on a social profile and word of mouth. Meanwhile customers who searched for you found somebody else, and you never learned that they looked.
This service is the missing middle. A small, well-built site done properly and priced so the decision is easy. The same people who build our clients' software build these. The scope is smaller, not the standard.

Static pages served from a CDN. Loads in about a second on mobile data, which matters more for whether people stay than any design choice.
Proper page titles and descriptions, structured data for your business details, a sitemap, and a Google Business Profile connection so you appear in local results and on Maps.
A form that reaches your inbox reliably, with spam protection, plus click-to-call and WhatsApp links, because that is how most people actually get in touch.
Registered in your name, hosted on your account. No subscription to us, and nothing that stops working if you stop paying us.
Listed explicitly so there is no argument later about what was in scope.
We would rather lose the enquiry than take on work we are the wrong people for.
Larger engagements vary enough that a headline number would mislead, so those are quoted after a free call. We always tell you what drives the number.

Less than you are probably expecting, and you get a fixed number before anything starts. The price depends on how many pages you need and whether we write the copy or you supply it. A single well-built page for a local business sits at the bottom of the range, a multi-service or multi-location site further up. Tell us roughly what you need on the first call and you will get a straight figure, not a discovery process.
No. The domain and hosting are registered in your name on your own accounts, and typical running costs are a few dollars a month paid directly to those providers, not to us. The Looked After plan exists if you would rather we handled updates and changes, but the site does not depend on it.
Yes. We walk you through changing your own text and images, and leave you written instructions. For anything structural you can come back to us, but you should not need to pay someone to correct a phone number.
This is a marketing site: pages that explain your business and let people contact you. Web Apps & SaaS is software: user accounts, dashboards, databases, payments, and business logic. If you need people to log in and do something, you need the other service, and we will tell you so rather than sell you this one.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. We will tell you what we would do, what it would take, and whether you need us at all.
